Cheap Irish Homes is coming back to RTE (and here’s how you can be a part of it…)

The hit RTE series “Cheap Irish Homes” is back for a second series!!

We all LOVED seeing Maggie Molloy on the big box helping house hunters find bargain houses across Ireland in the first season of Cheap Irish Homes. Thousands of people follow her Instagram where she showcases cottages, bars, townhouses and even churches that are on the market in Ireland for less than €100k.

Now Maggie Molly and the production team are on the look out for adventurous house hunters with open minds to be a part of the latest season of Cheap Irish Homes. And going by what we saw in the first season… house hunters taking part will definitely have to have an open mind (and not be shy of putting some hard work in too!)

Whether you dream of finding your first home on a few acres, or maybe a townhouse to incorporate a shop space, it is possible. There are cheap Irish homes everywhere, you just need to know where to look!

If working from the kitchen table over the past few months has cemented your decision to leave the city, and you’re actively looking to move, this is your big chance!

Producers of the show have stated that “Applicants must be available for filming over a number of days between November 2020 and April 2021. In accordance with Government and HSE Covid-19 guidelines, this may be in person or through remote recording. The production team are committed to the safety of contributors and crew for the duration of the production.”
